In order to promote the principles of a collaborative approach to resolving grievances in a timely manner, the Association and the Participating Hospitals agree to jointly develop education sessions designed to assist the Local parties. (Article applies to employees covered by an Ontario College under the Regulated Health Professions Act only.) The parties agree that patient care is enhanced if concerns relating to professional practice, patient acuity, fluctuating workloads and fluctuating staffing are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
