Relations with Tenants. Service requests by tenants shall be received and shall be considered and handled promptly and courteously. Systematic records shall be maintained showing the action taken with respect to each request. Complaints of a serious nature shall, after appropriate investigation, be reported to the Company with appropriate recommendations.
