Relationship and Authority. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Vendor are independent contractors and nothing herein shall be construed to create the relationship of employer and employee, partners, joint venturers or principal and agent between Vendor and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, between Vendor and the employees of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or between ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the employees of Vendor.
