RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE AUSTRALIAN FAIR PAY AND CONDITIONS STANDARD AND THIS AGREEMENT. 7.1 The Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard (“the AFPC Standard”) is a set of minimum employment entitlements prescribed within the Workplace Relations Act. 7.2 In summary, the AFPC Standard provides the following entitlements: 7.2.1 A basic rate of pay, classifications and casual loading, as prescribed within the award which applied to the relevant employees prior to the commencement of the WorkChoices reforms; 7.2.2 An average of 38 ordinary hours of work per week; 7.2.3 Four weeks annual leave per annum;
