Relationship principles. Each party acknowledges and agrees that the parties will behave and work together, in relation to all aspects of this Agreement and the delivery of the Services, in a manner that is consistent with the following principles: (a) Teamwork: the Crown and the Contractor will operate as a team, tasked with delivering the Crown’s outcomes and objectives. Communication will be open and honest. Each party will respond quickly and proactively to issues raised by the other, and both opportunities and solutions to problems will be shared.
