Relationship to Applicable Laws. Nothing in this Dispute Resolution Process, or any decision rendered by the Deciding Authority, shall prohibit a Tenant or Owner from pursuing the original Eligible Housing Dispute in any adjudicative body with jurisdiction over the housing unit or claim in accordance with applicable state and/or federal law. Nothing in this Dispute Resolution Process shall prohibit a Tenant or Owner from pursuing an ineligible dispute in any appropriate adjudicative body.
