Common use of RELATIONSHIP WITH CONTRACTORS Clause in Contracts

RELATIONSHIP WITH CONTRACTORS. ELI shall timely perform all ▇▇ its duties and obligations to ELI's contractors and subcontractors, including, without limitation, the payment of sums owing to such contractors and subcontractors, who perform work or supply materials to complete ELI's design, engineering, construction and installation obligations under this Agreement.
