RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER DOCUMENTS. 23.1 Notwithstanding the terms of this Agreement, the Debt Documents and the Existing Security Documents shall continue in full force and effect, subject to the terms of this Agreement. 23.2 In the event of any inconsistency between: (a) this Agreement and any Debt Document, this Agreement shall prevail; or (b) this Agreement and any Transaction Document, the relevant Transaction Document shall prevail.
