Aurizon’s relationships with its customers, contractors and suppliers are good, there are no material disputes or disagreements with any of them, and Aurizon has not received any written or other notice or communication that any customer, contractor or supplier intends to cancel, terminate or otherwise modify or not renew its relationship with Aurizon, and, to the knowledge of Aurizon, no such action has been threatened.
