Common use of Relationships with Customers and Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Relationships with Customers and Suppliers. Since December 31, 2014, no customer or supplier of Cameron or any of its Subsidiaries has canceled or otherwise terminated, or provided notice, whether in writing or otherwise, to Cameron or any of its Subsidiaries of its intent, or, to the knowledge of Cameron, threatened, to terminate its relationship with Cameron or the applicable Subsidiary, or, since December 31, 2014, decreased or limited or provided notice to Cameron or any of its Subsidiaries of its intent, or, to the knowledge of Cameron, threatened, to decrease or limit its purchases from or sales to Cameron or any of its Subsidiaries, in each case except as would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to result in a Cameron Material Adverse Effect.
