Common use of Release and Waiver of Subrogation Clause in Contracts

Release and Waiver of Subrogation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, the parties hereto release each other, and their respective from all liability for death, bodily injury, personal injury, or property damage that is caused by or results from any insured risk or any risk required to be insured against under the terms of this Lease. Each party shall cause each insurance policy it obtains to provide that the insurer waives all right of recovery by way of subrogation against the other party and its agents in connection with any injury or damage covered by such policy.
