Common use of Release Date Clause in Contracts

Release Date. Subject to the remaining provisions of this Section 3.3, thirty-three and one-third percent (331/3%) of the Options shall be vested on each annual anniversary of the Effective Date provided that ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has remained continuously employed by Classmates and/or Parent until such date.
