Release Date. At any time prior to the Release Date, deliver or cause to be delivered a Company Order (as defined in the Indenture) to the Indenture Trustee requesting a release of the Lien of the Indenture on the Mortgaged Property pursuant to Section 8.12(c) of the Indenture.
