Release Dates. Section 20.01 If an employee accepts an offer of employment from a Federal or other employer, he/she shall promptly inform his/her immediate supervisor. Section 20.02 If the new position is in the Federal sector, the Employer shall give a release date, which will not be later than two (2) weeks following the date of the initial release request by the new Employer unless other mutually satisfactory arrangements are made.
