Release Extends to Both Known and Unknown Claims. The Release in this Separation Agreement covers both claims and potential claims that Employee knows about and those Employee may not know about. Employee expressly waives all rights afforded by any statute or common law doctrine that limits in any way the effect of a release with respect to unknown claims.
