Common use of Release for Payment Clause in Contracts

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Document Custodian of the Servicer's request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit E (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection Account as provided in this Agreement), the Document Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents (if in physical form) to the Servicer.

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Document Custodian of the Servicer's Investment Manager’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit E (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection Account as provided in this Agreement), the Document Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents (if in physical form) to the ServicerInvestment Manager.

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Document Collateral Custodian of the Servicer's ’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit E (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection Account or other Cash Management Account designated by Agent as provided in this Agreement and the Loan Agreement), the Document Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Note Receivable Documents (if in physical form) to the Servicer or Sub-Servicer, on behalf of the Borrower.

Upon receipt by the Document Custodian of the Servicer's InvestmentCollateral Manager’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit E (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection Account as provided in this Agreement), the Document Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents (if in physical form) to the ServicerInvestmentCollateral Manager.

Upon receipt by the Document Custodian Trustee of the Servicer's ’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit E (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been or will be credited to the Collection Account as provided in this Agreement), the Document Custodian Trustee shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents (if in physical form) Underlying Instruments to the Servicer.

Upon receipt by the Document Custodian Trustee of the Servicer's Loan Manager’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit E (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been or will be credited to the Collection Account as provided in this Agreement), the Document Custodian Trustee shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents (if in physical form) Underlying Instruments to the ServicerLoan Manager.

Upon receipt by the Document Collateral Custodian of the Servicer's ’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit E (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection Account or other Cash Management Account designated by Agent as provided in this Agreement and the Loan Agreement), the Document Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Note Receivable Documents (if in physical form) to the Servicer, on behalf of the Buyer.

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Document Custodian of the Servicer's ’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit E (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection Account as provided in this Agreement), the Document Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan applicable Related Documents (if in physical form) to the Servicer.
