Release from Cancellation Charge for Student Termination. Student may request that CU Boulder release the requirement to pay the cancellation charge as a result of the Student terminating the contract by completing a petition available in the MyCULiving portal and submitting it to Housing & Dining in accordance with the directions on the form. Housing & Dining will review submitted petitions based upon the information provided and respond to the Student within a reasonable period of time not to exceed 10 business days.
