Common use of Release of and Resort to Collateral Clause in Contracts

Release of and Resort to Collateral. The release or substitution of all or any part of the Collateral, regardless of consideration, shall not in any way impair, affect, subordinate, or release the Lenders' Liens or their status as first and prior Liens in and to any remaining Collateral. For payment and performance of the Obligations, Lenders may resort to any other security therefor held by a trustee in such order and manner as Required Lenders may elect.
