Common use of Release of Catch Data Clause in Contracts

Release of Catch Data. Pursuant to section 402(b)(1)(F) of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 2 Fishery Conservation and Management Act, 16 U.S.C. §1881a(b)(1)(F), the undersigned hereby 3 authorizes the release to the Manager of VIII Northeast Fishery Sector, Inc.; Program Director of 4 Northeast Sector Service Network, and the FishTrax Programmer, of information that may be or is 5 considered to be confidential or privileged by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act or other federal law regarding 6 the catch of various species of fish associated with the limited access Northeast multispecies permit with 7 the Moratorium Right Identifiers (MRIs) enrolled in the sector submitted to the National Marine 8 Fisheries Service that the undersigned has authority to access. This information includes data required 11 conservation and management purposes, catch and landings history data, at-sea monitoring data, VMS 12 information, and all other information associated with the vessel, MRI #, and/or permit records.
