Release of Collateral or Guarantor. Except for sales of assets permitted by Section 8.2.7 [Disposition of Assets or Subsidiaries], release any Collateral consisting of capital stock or other ownership interests of any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries or substantially all of the assets of any Loan Party, any Guarantor from its Obligations under the Guaranty Agreement or any other security for any of the Loan Parties’ Obligations provided that the foregoing consent shall not be required in connection with any dividend and distribution otherwise permitted by this Agreement pursuant to Section 8.2.5(i), which such consent is given solely by the Agent pursuant to Section 11.20; or
