Common use of Release of Collateral or Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Release of Collateral or Guarantor. Except for (i) sales of assets or capital stock permitted by Section 8.2.7 [Disposition of Assets or Subsidiaries], and (ii) releases of Guarantors and Collateral as authorized under Section 8.2.9 [Subsidiaries, Partnerships and Joint Ventures], release all or substantially all the Collateral, any Guarantor from its Obligations under any Guaranty Agreement or any other security for any of the Loan Parties’ Obligations; or
