Release of Documents or Information. Release of information to the public or others regarding the Project or any documents connected with this Agreement or any Work Authorization will be in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act. Owner’s compliance with the Texas Public Information Act shall not constitute a violation of any provision of this Agreement.
