Common use of Release of Lessor Clause in Contracts

Release of Lessor. If, during the term of this Lease, Lessor shall sell its interest in the Building or Complex of which the Leased Premises forms a part, or the Leased Premises, then from and after the effective date of the sale or conveyance, Lessor shall be released and discharged from any and all obligations and responsibilities under this Lease, except those already accrued.

Release of Lessor. If, during the term of this LeaseTerm, Lessor shall sell its interest in the Building or Complex of which the Leased Premises forms form a part, or the Leased Premises, then from and after the effective date of the sale or conveyance, Lessor shall be released and discharged from any and all obligations and responsibilities under this Lease, except those already accrued.

If, during the term of this LeaseTerm, Lessor shall sell its interest in the Building or Complex of which the Leased Premises forms form a part, or the Leased Premises, then from and after the effective date of the sale or conveyance, provided that the transferee of Lessor assumes all of the Lessor's obligations hereunder from and after the date of such sale or conveyance, Lessor shall be released and discharged from any and all obligations and responsibilities under this Lease, except those already accrued.
