Release of Survey Data and Documents. The Surveyor will not release any survey data or documents created or collected under this contract except to its subproviders and to the extent necessary to complete this contract. All subcontracts shall include a provision that acknowledges the State’s ownership of the survey data and documents and prohibits its use except to the extent necessary to complete this contract. The Surveyor is responsible for any improper use of survey data or documents by its employees, officers, or subproviders, including costs, damages, or other liability
