Release of the Dataset. The Dataset is available via open access. To gain access to the Dataset, the requestor must read, understand and comply with all the conditions. The Dataset will then be able to be downloaded via an internet link. If you do not agree with the release agreement, you must NOT download and/or use the dataset.
