Common use of RELEASE OF THE SECURITY Clause in Contracts

RELEASE OF THE SECURITY. In the event of a disposition to a non-Credit Party permitted by and complying with Section 13.3(b) of property or assets subject to the Security, the Agent will be authorized to release the Security with respect to such property or assets and to execute on behalf of the Lenders any instrument evidencing such release.
