Common use of Released Parties Clause in Contracts

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the Company, all Company-related entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, partnerships, or joint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, their predecessors, and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past and present employees, officers, partners, directors, stockholders, members, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, and employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs).

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the CompanyDefendants and each of their predecessors, all Company-related entitiessuccessors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partnershipsdivisions, or joint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, their predecessors, and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past and present employeesassigns, officers, partners, directors, stockholderscommittees, membersemployees, ownersfiduciaries, administrators, actuaries, agents, insurers, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, retained experts and employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs).

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the Companyare: Defendant and all of its present and former, all Company-related entitiesdirect and indirect, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliatesowners, partnershipsdivisions, concepts, co-employers, related or joint venturesaffiliated companies, and, with respect to each of them, their predecessors, and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past and present employeesmembers, officers, partners, directors, stockholdersemployees, members, owners, representatives, assignsagents, attorneys, agentsinsurers, re- insurers, successors and assigns, and employee benefit programs (and any individual or entity which could be liable for any of the trustees, administrators, fiduciariesReleased Claims, and insurers Defendant’s counsel of such programs)record in the Action.

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the Company, are: (a) Defendants and all Company-related entitiesof Defendants’ present and former parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliatesrelated or affiliated companies; (b) Defendants’ divisions; and (c) the owners, partnerships, or joint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, their predecessors, and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past and present employeesshareholders, officers, partners, directors, stockholdersemployees, members, owners, representatives, assignsagents, attorneys, agentsinsurers, and employee benefit programs (successors and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers assigns of such programs)all of these entities.

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the Companyare: Defendants and each of its former and present directors, all Company-officers, shareholders, owners, attorneys, insurers, predecessors, successors, related entities, assigns and subsidiaries, affiliates, partnerships, or joint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, their predecessors, and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past and present employees, officers, partners, directors, stockholders, members, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, and employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs).

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the CompanyDefendants, all Company-related entities, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, partnerships, or joint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, their predecessors, and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past and present employees, officers, partners, directors, stockholdersshareholders, members, owners, representatives, assignsemployees, attorneys, agents, assigns, members, investors, principals, heirs, representatives, accountants, auditors, consultants, insurers and employee benefit programs (reinsurers, parents and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs)attorneys.

Released Parties. The Released Parties are are: Defendant and each of its past, present and/or future, direct and/or indirect, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys, executors, insurers, parent companies, subsidiaries (including Blood Centers of the CompanyPacific and BloodSource, all Company-related entities, subsidiariesInc.), affiliates, partnershipsdivisions (including United Blood Services), consultants, subcontractors, predecessors, successors, assigns, and joint venturers, and all persons acting under, by, though, or joint ventures, andin concert, with respect to any of them, and each of them, their predecessors, and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past and present employees, officers, partners, directors, stockholders, members, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, and employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs).

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the Company, all Company-related entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, partnerships, or joint ventures, and, with respect to are: Defendants and each of them, their predecessors, and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past former and present employeesdirectors, officers, partners, directors, stockholders, membersshareholders, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agentsinsurers, predecessors, successors, assigns and employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs)subsidiaries.

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the Company, all Company-related entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, partnerships, or joint ventures, and, with respect to are: Defendant and each of them, their predecessors, and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past former and present employeesdirectors, officers, partners, directors, stockholders, membersshareholders, owners, representativesattorneys, insurers, predecessors, successors, assigns, attorneys, agents, parents and employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs)subsidiaries.

Released Parties. The Released Parties are include: (i) the Company, Company (ii) all Company-related entitiescurrent and former Company parents, subsidiaries, related companies, affiliates, partnerships, partnerships or joint ventures, and, and (iii) with respect to each of thementity set forth in (i) and (ii) above, their predecessors, successors, current and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past and present former employees, officers, partners, directors, stockholders, members, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, and insurers, employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers fiduciaries of such programs).
