When making an assessment, the assessing body shall refer to Articles 4.10, 4.15 and the Articles relevant to the matter at hand and shall take into account all relevant factors including; a. the nature and scope of past teaching activities, b. the nature and scope of administrative responsibilities of Members, c. the unique nature of Thorneloe University; that is, small size, and remote location, and the 1998 Guidelines from the Council of Ontario University and College Theatre Programs on the Assessment of Creative Activity (Appendix D).
