RELEVANT DATA. Upon the commencement of commercial production, Operator shall, in addition to the requirements set out in Article 7.1, provide the Management Committee with the (R) Ratio for Contract Area, along with all relevant data, information, financial documentation and any other information the Management Committee may request for the proper determination by it of the relevant values to be used for the Calendar Year. Subject to this Petroleum Agreement, the Parties undertake to supply the relevant information to enable the Operator to perform the above calculations.
