Common use of Relevant Records Clause in Contracts

Relevant Records. Licensee shall maintain accurate financial books and records created or received by Licensee pertaining to sale of the Products by Licensee, its Affiliates or sublicensees or any Transaction Completion Payment (collectively, “Relevant Records”). Licensee shall maintain the Relevant Records for the longer of: (a) the period of time required by Applicable Law, or (b) seven (7) years following the date on which the relevant amounts were received or incurred.
