Reliability Clause Samples

The Reliability clause sets out the standards and expectations for the consistent and dependable performance of a party’s obligations under the agreement. It typically requires that services, products, or systems provided must function as promised, without unexpected failures or interruptions, and may specify metrics such as uptime percentages or response times. This clause ensures that the receiving party can trust in the ongoing performance and availability of what is being provided, thereby reducing the risk of disruption and clarifying accountability if reliability standards are not met.
