Reliance on Tables, Etc. In administering the Plan, the Retirement Committee will be entitled to the extent permitted by law, to rely conclusively on all tables, valuations, certificates, opinions and reports which are furnished by any actuary, accountant, Trustee, counsel or other expert who is employed or engaged to act in connection with the Plan.
