41.1 Termination in Relation to Contract Guarantee
41.1.1 Where this Contract is conditional upon the Supplier procuring a Contract Guarantee pursuant to Clause 4 (Contract Guarantee), the Customer may terminate this Contract by issuing a Termination Notice to the Supplier where: the Contract Guarantor withdraws the Contract Guarantee for any reason whatsoever; the Contract Guarantor is in breach or anticipatory breach of the Contract Guarantee; an Insolvency Event occurs in respect of the Contract Guarantor; or the Contract Guarantee becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, and in each case the Contract Guarantee (as applicable) is not replaced by an alternative guarantee agreement acceptable to the Customer; or the Supplier fails to provide the documentation required by Clause 4.1 by the date so specified by the Customer.
