RELIEF OF RESPONSIBILITY. The Company recognizes the limitations upon the authorized delegates and agents of the Union, and shall not hold the Union liable for any unauthorized acts. The Company in so recognizing such limitations shall have the authority to impose proper, non-discriminatory discipline, including discharge. In the event the delegate or the designated alternate has led, instigated, or encouraged unauthorized strike action, slowdown, or work stoppage in violation of this Agreement, they may be singled out for serious discipline, up to and including discharge.
