RELOCATION FEE. If relocation is required at a time other than during service a relocation fee may be charged.
RELOCATION FEE. If you must relocate the Premises of your Location Franchise for any reason, you must pay to us a Franchise Relocation Fee (the “Relocation Fee”) of Two Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($2,500.00). The Relocation Fee will help the Company defray the costs of approving a new location, reviewing and approving plans for the new location, and updating Company records and marketing materials to reflect the new location.
RELOCATION FEE. If relocation is required at a time other that during a service, a $125.00 relocation fee will be charged (zone rate relocation fee $175.00).
RELOCATION FEE. FWC may charge Client a relocation fee. In addition, in the event relocation or early termination of Service results in FWC incurring fees or penalties from its underlying carrier, such fees or penalties shall be passed on to Client and Client agrees to assume all responsibility for paying such fees or penalties.
RELOCATION FEE. If a temporary water service customer requires service consecutively at two or more points in Casitas' system, a relocation fee of $100.00 shall be paid by the customer for each such change of location, the cost of which shall be accrued or paid at the time of billing. Relocations will be made by Casitas upon 24 hours’ notice, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, by the customer.

RELOCATION FEE. If Tenant surrenders possession of all portions of the Premises and Building (due to expiration or earlier voluntary termination of this Lease Agreement) and Tenant directly relocates its business into another property which is then owned by United Properties Investment LLC or any affiliate thereof (“United Properties”) pursuant to a new lease agreement with United Properties, then United Properties agrees to pay to Tenant a relocation fee equal to $2.70 per rentable square foot of the premises to which Tenant relocates, which fee shall be payable at the commencement of said new lease’s term.
RELOCATION FEE. Relocation fee shall be paid when requested, by the government, to move the mobile kitchen due to unforeseen circumstances not due to any negligence in the delivery or initial setup. One day notification is required so the Contractor can make necessary arrangements.
RELOCATION FEE. In order to accommodate Tenant's request to lease the Premises, which are currently occupied by Landlord, Landlord is agreeing to relocate its business operations to another location. As consideration for such relocation, Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord, concurrently with the execution of this Lease, the sum of Thirty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($32,500.00).
RELOCATION FEE. The “Relocation Fee” will be an amount equal to the aggregate amount of all Advances made by SC Launch to the Company. SC Launch will continue to retain any Securities or other interests it holds in the Company after payment of such fee and this Agreement will continue in full force and effect. The parties acknowledge that the adverse impact to SC Launch and the State of South Carolina, including potential lost jobs and wages for South Carolina citizens, lost tax revenue, wasted costs associated with providing support services, the lost opportunities had those funds and resources been made available to other companies, and other tangible and intangible harm, of a Company Relocation are not susceptible to precise measurement. The parties hereby agree that the Relocation Fee is not a penalty, but rather, a good- faith estimate of the amount necessary to compensate SC Launch for the adverse impact and harm to it in connection with a Company Relocation. The Relocation Fee is payable whether the Note is still outstanding or has been repaid, and is in addition to any Sale of Company Fee (as defined below) payable by the Company under the terms of this Agreement.
