STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This document establishes policies governing the reimbursement of travel and entertainment expenses incurred during the conduct of company business. It is company policy to reimburse employee ordinary, necessary and reasonable travel expenses when directly connected with, or pertaining to the transaction of company business. Employees are expected to exercise prudent business judgment regarding expenses covered by this policy.
