RELOCATION OF PREMISES. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord shall have an absolute right from time to time to relocate the Premises within the Hotel at any time during the term hereof provided that the site to which the Premises is relocated shall be approximately the same size as the original Premises and shall be exposed to reasonably equivalent pedestrian traffic. Landlord shall notify Tenant of such relocation not less than sixty (60) days prior to the date thereof. Landlord shall reconstruct on the relocated Premises improvements substantially identical to those constructed by Tenant and Landlord in the Premises prior to the relocation. As of the latter of the date specified in Landlord's notice to Tenant or ten (10) days after Landlord has notified Tenant that it has completed the improvements to be constructed by Landlord on the relocated Premises, Tenant shall surrender the Premises originally demised to Tenant hereunder and move to the relocated Premises. RELOCATION OF PREMISES. Tenant acknowledges that Notwithstanding anything contained in this Lease to the contrary the Landlord shall have an absolute right from time to time to relocate the Premises within the Hotel right, at any time during the term hereof provided that the site to which the Premises is relocated shall be approximately the same size as the original Premises and shall be exposed to reasonably equivalent pedestrian traffic. Landlord shall notify Tenant of such relocation upon not less than sixty (60) days prior written notice to relocate the Tenant (including its sub- tenants and all other permitted occupants) to other Leasable Premises in the Building (the “Relocated Premises”) and the following terms and conditions shall be applicable:
(a) the Relocated Premises (which term shall mean the Premises after relocation) shall be reasonably comparable to the date thereof. Premises in terms of Rentable Area but the Landlord may elect to relocate the Tenant to Relocated Premises which have a greater rentable area than the Premises provided that in such event, Basic Rent, the Tenant’s Share of Taxes and its Proportionate Share of Operating Costs will be calculated as if the Relocated Premises contained the same Rentable Area as the Premises;
(b) the Landlord shall reconstruct on the relocated Premises provide, at its expense, leasehold improvements substantially identical to those constructed by Tenant and Landlord in the Relocated Premises prior comparable to the relocation. As standards of the latter Leasehold Improvements in the Premises;
(c) the Landlord shall pay for the reasonable moving costs (if any) of the date specified in Landlord's notice to Tenant or ten (10) days after Landlord has notified Tenant that it has completed the improvements to be constructed by Landlord on the relocated Premises, Tenant shall surrender Tenant’s trade fixtures and furnishings from the Premises originally demised to Tenant hereunder and move to the relocated Relocated Premises. (d) the Landlord agrees to use its reasonable out-of-pocket costs incurred by Tenant in moving efforts to effect the relocation with a minimum of disruption to the relocated Premises shall be reimbursed to Tenant by Landlord. The relocated Premises shall thereafter be deemed to be Tenant’s business; and

RELOCATION OF PREMISES. Tenant acknowledges that from time to time Landlord may desire to relocate Tenant to other portions of the Building in order to incorporate all or a portion of the Premises in portions of the Building to be leased to tenants other than Tenant. Tenant further acknowledges that restrictions on the right of Landlord to effect such a relocation would cause substantial damage to Landlord in the leasing of the Building.
