Common use of Relocation of Telephone and Data Lines Clause in Contracts

Relocation of Telephone and Data Lines. Landlord's telephone and data lines located on the Premises shall be relocated to Landlord's adjacent property at its cost promptly after execution of this Agreement whereupon Tenant at its cost shall install its own telephone and data lines. Landlord will schedule the relocation work in a fashion which will minimize disruption of service to Tenant.
