Common use of Remaining Materials Clause in Contracts

Remaining Materials. At the request of Intrexon, Ampliphi shall transfer to Intrexon all quantities of Reverted Product (including final products or work-in-process) in the possession of Ampliphi or its Affiliates. Ampliphi shall transfer to Intrexon all such quantities of Reverted Products without charge, except that Intrexon shall pay the reasonable costs of shipping.
