Common use of Remaining Proceeds Clause in Contracts

Remaining Proceeds. After the Obligations have been paid in full in cash (the payment in full in cash of such Obligations, to the extent relating to amounts due to the holders, to be evidenced to the Collateral Agent by written certification from the holders), the balance of the proceeds of the Collateral, if any, shall be paid to the Issuer or as otherwise required by law.
