REMEDIES AVAILABLE FOR DEFAULT. Subject to other provisions hereof ------------------------------ which expressly limit the remedies available hereunder, if an Event of Default as defined in Section 12.1 exists on the part of either party, then the other party may terminate this Agreement and/or the applicable PO hereunder upon giving written notice of termination and pursue any other remedies available at law or in equity.
