Remedies for Material Monetary Event of Defaults. If a Material Monetary Event of Default occurs, then Landlord shall, at Landlord's option, have any or all of the following remedies, all of which shall be cumulative (so that Landlord's exercise of one remedy shall not preclude Landlord's exercise of another remedy), in addition to such other remedies as may be available at law or in equity or pursuant to any other terms of this Restated Lease.
