Remedies; General. If this transaction fails to close then, notwithstanding any other provision, Escrow Agent is authorized to hold the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money until it receives either: (a) written disbursement instructions signed by ▇▇▇▇▇ and Seller; (b) a written release signed by one party authorizing disbursement to the other party; or (c) a final court order specifying the manner in which the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money is to be disbursed.
