Following the occurrence of a Termination Event, and in addition to its rights under Section 9.02, the Buyer shall have all remedies provided by law and without limiting the generality of the foregoing shall have the following remedies: (a) the remedies of a secured party under the Uniform Commercial Code; (b) the right to make notification and pursue collection or, at Buyer's option, to sell or cause Servicer, as agent for the Buyer, to sell all or any part of the Loans and related Property;
