Remedies of Manager. Upon the occurrence of a default by Tenant as specified in Section 14.02 of this Agreement and the expiration of any applicable cure period provided by this Agreement, Manager shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement effective immediately, and to exercise all of its rights at law or in equity.
