Common use of Remedy Clause in Contracts

Remedy. If Lessee fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement, Lessor may, without being in any way obliged to do so or responsible for so doing and without prejudice to the ability of Lessor to treat the non-compliance as a Default or an Event of Default, effect compliance on behalf of Lessee, whereupon Lessee shall become liable to pay immediately any sums expended by Lessor together with all costs and expenses (including legal costs) in connection therewith.

Remedy. If Lessee fails to comply with any provision of this Agreementthe Lease, Lessor may, without being in any way obliged to do so or responsible for so doing and without prejudice to the ability of Lessor to treat the such non-compliance as a Default or an Event of Default, effect compliance on behalf of Lessee, whereupon Lessee shall become liable to pay immediately any sums expended by Lessor together with all costs and expenses (including legal costsfees and expenses) in connection therewithwith the non-compliance.

If Lessee fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement, Lessor may, after giving any required notice and the passage of any applicable cure right hereunder, without being in any way obliged to do so or responsible for so doing and without prejudice to the ability of Lessor to treat the non-compliance as a Default or an Event of Default, effect compliance on behalf of Lessee, whereupon Lessee shall become liable to pay immediately any sums expended by Lessor together with all costs and expenses (including legal costs) in connection therewith.

If the Lessee fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement, the Lessor or the Lender may, without being in any way obliged to do so or responsible for so doing and without prejudice to the ability of the Lessor to treat the non-compliance as a Default or an Event of Default, effect compliance on behalf of the Lessee, whereupon the Lessee shall become liable to pay immediately any sums expended by the Lessor or the Lender together with all costs and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) necessarily incurred in connection therewith.

If the Lessee fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement, the Lessor may, without being in any way obliged to do so or responsible for so doing and without prejudice to the ability of the Lessor to treat the non-compliance as a Default or an Event of Default, effect compliance on behalf of Lesseethe Lessee after such notice to, and consultation with, the Lessee as is reasonable under the circumstances, whereupon the Lessee shall become liable to pay immediately any sums expended by the Lessor together with all costs and expenses (including legal costs) in connection therewith.

Remedy. If Lessee fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement, Lessor may, without being in any way obliged to do so or responsible for so doing and without prejudice to the ability of Lessor to treat the non-compliance noncompliance as a Default or an Event of Default, effect compliance on behalf of Lessee, whereupon Lessee shall become liable to pay immediately any sums expended by Lessor together with all costs and expenses (including legal costs) in connection therewith.

Remedy. If the Lessee fails to comply with does not carry out any provision of obligation under this Agreement, Agreement the Lessor may, may without being in any way obliged to do so or responsible for so doing so, with prior notice to the Lessee and without prejudice to the ability of Lessor its rights to treat the non-compliance that failure as a Default or an Event of Default, effect compliance carry it out without any responsibility. If Lessee fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement, Lessor may, without being in any way obliged to do so or responsible for so doing and without prejudice to the ability of Lessor to treat the non-non- compliance as a Default or an Event of Default, effect compliance on behalf of Lessee, whereupon Lessee shall become liable to pay immediately any sums expended by Lessor together with all costs and expenses (including legal costs) in connection therewith.

If the Lessee fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement, the Lessor may, without being in any way obliged to do so or responsible for so doing and without prejudice to the ability of the Lessor to treat the non-compliance as a Default or an Event of Default, effect compliance on behalf of the Lessee, whereupon the Lessee shall become liable to pay immediately any sums reasonably expended by the Lessor together with all reasonable costs and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) necessarily incurred in connection therewith.
