Reminder Notices. 8.7.1 If payment is not received within stated terms of the invoice and subsequent reminder notices, EK Services will commence its recovery procedure which begins with a first reminder notice, giving the customer a further 7 days to make full payment. For vulnerable client’s debts, there is discretion to send a second reminder.

Reminder Notices. Approximately ninety (90) days after the issuance date of a check, a reminder notice will be sent by the Class Action Settlement Administrator to Class Members who have not cashed their checks.
