Common use of Remittance of Collections Clause in Contracts

Each remittance of collections by the Transferor hereunder to the Issuer will have been (i) in payment of a debt incurred by the Transferor in the ordinary course of business or financial affairs of the Transferor and (ii) made in the ordinary course of business or financial affairs of the Transferor.
