Remittance Process. Remittance to the Funds listed as a) through g) below are to be recorded on a Form to be provided by Local 179. The Form along with a single cheque for the total of the remittances are to be forwarded monthly on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following the month in which they were earned to the “Saskatchewan Piping Industry Trust Fund” c/o The Royal Bank of Canada, ▇.▇. ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇. a) In case of failure of the Employer to contribute into the Fund on the due date, the Union or the Trustees in their joint names may take legal action against the Employer for recovery of the amount due.
