REMOTE CHECK DEPOSIT END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT. This section sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Remote Check Deposit Services (“RDC”) is offered. RDC Service allows you to deposit a check directly into your FNCU account through Online/Mobile Banking from anywhere. These Terms of Use affect your rights, you should read them carefully. RDC Service is subject to the terms and conditions of your Account (“Account Disclosures”). You should review the Account Disclosures carefully, as they may include transaction limitations that might apply to your use of the RDC Service. Your Application for use of the Remote Deposit Capture Services, our notification of approval of your application, and the Account Agreement and Terms and Conditions Disclosures are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Disclosure and Agreement. In the event of a discrepancy between this Disclosure and Agreement and your Application, FNCU approval, or the Account Agreement, this Disclosure and Agreement will control.
